Overview

AURUM Wealth OS ("AURUM") respects the privacy of members and applicants. This Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our B2B wealth organization platform.

Information we collect

Account data (name, email, billing status), portfolio data you enter or import, usage logs, device/session metadata, support communications, and payment tokens processed by Lemon Squeezy or PayPal (we do not store full card numbers).

How we use information

To provide and secure the service, generate educational reports and AI briefings, process subscriptions, communicate about your account, comply with law, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal information to data brokers.

AI processing

When enabled, portfolio summaries may be sent to Anthropic (Claude) to produce advisor and report outputs. We configure providers under contractual terms and minimize data sent. You may contact us to discuss data processing agreements for enterprise accounts.

Retention & security

Data is retained while your membership is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for backups, audits, and legal obligations. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No method is 100% secure.

Your rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal data. Email concierge@aurumwealth.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject. We will verify identity before fulfilling requests.

International transfers

We may process data in the United States and through subprocessors globally. By using AURUM you consent to transfer where permitted by applicable law.

Updates

We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
